This shows a fee, not a return.
Why a flat fee
A flat fee means we earn the same whatever you buy, so the only reason to recommend something is that it suits you. An agent or bank relationship manager is usually paid by the product. A fee that rises with your portfolio can quietly grow into lakhs a year. A fixed fee keeps the cost of advice visible and the advice itself free of incentives.
If you hold regular plans today, part of what you pay already goes to a distributor through the expense ratio. Our regular vs direct calculator shows what that adds up to over 10 to 20 years.
How you pay, and how you can stop
- You pay by bank transfer, UPI or cheque, into an account in our registered name. We never take cash.
- Under SEBI's rules, fees are paid at most one year in advance.
- You can end the service at any time and ask for a refund of the fee for the unexpired period. We may keep a breakage fee of up to one quarter's fee.
The full terms are in our MITC and our payment and refund policy.
What we promise, and what we can't
We promise a plan built around your goals, income and comfort with risk, an advisor who reviews it before you act, one fee you can see, and no commissions. We can't promise returns: markets rise and fall, and no adviser controls them.
